Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enrolled In BSc Nursing Programs( 1st to 2nd year) Available During Data Collection Able to understand the language of tools ( Telugu English Malayalam Tamil) and Intervention Included both male and female Other physical impairments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Identifying with psychological problems or issues Not willing to participate in the study Long term leave or Absent during data collection Declined to Participate or withdraw consent at any point during the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in psychological functioning, evidenced by reduced stress levels among nursing students following the Psychological Adaptive Package (PAP). Timepoint: T0 (Baseline): Before implementation of the Psychological Adaptive Package. T1 (Post-test): Immediately after completion of the intervention program. T2 (Follow-up): 4 weeks after the intervention to assess sustained improvement in psychological functioning and reduction in stress among nursing students.
