Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male patients aged 18 to 45 years with a visible cleft lip scar and moustache defect. 2.Patients who have undergone cleft lip repair with stable scar tissue for at least 12 months. 3.Patients willing to undergo hair transplantation and microneedling procedures. 4.Patients with no active skin infection or inflammatory skin condition in the treatment area.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with active keloids or hypertrophic scars. 2.History of coagulation disorders or use of anticoagulants. 3.Prior FUE or hair restoration procedures in the same area. 4.Uncontrolled diabetes, smoking, or other systemic conditions affecting wound healing. 5.Allergy or hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or topical anesthetics.
