Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients 20-70 years of both genders will be selected. 2.Presence of cardinal symptoms of diabetes mellitus e.g.:-(3P- Polyuria, Polydipsia, Polyphagia). 3.Well,diagnosed and confirmed cases of Madhumeha.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under 20 years and above 70 years will be excluded 2. Pregnant and lactating mother. 3. Patients having any serious illness like cardiovascular disease, malignancy, Diabetic Neuropathy, Nephropathy Retinopathy, Diabetic foot etc. Complicated cases. 4. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus will be excluded from study. 5. Patient of type II DM who are on insulin therapy 6. Patients having any allergy history or sensitivity will be excluded from study.

| The primary outcome of this study is to evaluate and compare the efficacy of Vidangadi Lauh with Paschimottanasana and Vidangadi Lauh with Matsyendrasana in the management of Madhumeha (w.s.r. to Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus) by assessing changes in objective biochemical parameters such as Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS), Postprandial Blood Sugar (PPBS), and Glycosylated Hemoglobin (HbA1c) before and after completion of the treatment.Timepoint: 60 days | — |
