Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having the classical features of Amavata as mentioned in Yog Ratnakar Stambhata Sandhishula Sandhishotha Angamarda. Morning Stiffness lasting for 1 hour as per American Rheumatism Association. Age between 30 to 60 years Patient with less than 1 year chronicity Irrespective of gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronicity of more than one year Having severe crippling deformity Known case of cardiac disease diabetes bone cancer pulmonary tuberculosis and HIV Pregnant and lactating women
