Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic neck pain (more than 12 weeks), Neck pain with radiating symptoms, Body mass index, Spurling Test positive, Neck disability index, DN4 questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major cervical spine pathology (fracture, dislocation, infection, cervical myelopathy). Hisoty of cervical spine surgery past 1 year neck region, DSM5 scale, Inflammatory disorders, skin conditions.
