Interventions

Intervention1: Blood Flow Restriction Training: The pneumatic cuff will be applied at the mid-arm during the upper extremity exercises and below the gluteal fold during the lower extremity exercises.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 45 to 55 years, Naturally menopausal for more than 1 year, Functionally Independent, Physically active, Normal ankle brachial index, Non smokers, Not engaged in any weight training from last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking any medication which affect bone, estrogen level, other calcium and vitamin D, any osteoarticular dysfunction in lower limbs, severe cardiovascular disease, severe osteoporosis, any neurological disorder, not limited to stroke, Parkinson s disease
