Intervention1: Frenkel exercises: 1. In lying, activities such as heel sliding, hip abduction and adduction, hip and knee flexion and extension, and single-leg raising to a marked target are performed

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 65 to 85 years. 2. Including both males and females. 3. Coordination examination tests with grade 2 or 3. 4. Berg Balance Scale (BBS) score between 21 to 40. 5. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score more than 24. 6. Individuals who are able to understand and follow the therapist s instructions. 7. Individuals who are willing to participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe neurological disorder. 2. Severe visual or auditory impairments affecting daily functioning. 3. Severe cognitive impairment or diagnosed mental disorders. 4. Any musculoskeletal disability, such as a recent lower limb fracture or spine surgery within the past 6 months. 5. Severe cardiovascular condition. 6. Individuals who require the use of an external walking aid.
