Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students aged 18-25 years of either gender. Students appearing for exams during the study period. Students with exam phobia fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. Students/parents willing to sign informed consent for intervention as well as horoscopic assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Students with severe psychiatric disorder requiring urgent intervention. 2)Mentally retarded/challenged. 3)Students with chronic systemic/neurological illnesses interfering with study protocol. 4)Students using psychotropic drugs within the last 1 month. 5)Pregnant and lactating women. 6)Students unwilling to participate.

Parameters will be scored by standard method and will be assessed before and after the treatment on 0th and 30th day Significant symptom relief and score reductions in -Westside Anxiety Scale, -VAS Bhaya/Chinta, -Manasabhava Scale post-treatment in both groups. Comparing treatment efficacy in Group A (n=15, exam phobia + Jyotishya markers) vs. Group B (n=15, without markers) and also confirming the Medhya Rasayana response in astrologically predisposed cases. Timepoint: Parameters will be scored by standard method and will be assessed before and after the treatment on 0th and 30th day Significant symptom relief and score reductions in -Westside Anxiety Scale, -VAS Bhaya/Chinta, -Manasabhava Scale post-treatment in both groups.
