Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases of Allergic Rhinitis with TNSS Score above 5 2. Age between 10 to 40 Years 3. Both Male and Female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and Lactating Mother 2. Patient with Serious Systemic Illness and Immuno deficiency Disorder 3. Patient with Other Respiratory Illness like severe Asthma Pulmonary Tuberculosis CA Lung 4. Patient who are Taking Steroid and Other Medications for Allergic Rhinitis
