Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Palliative care patients Subjects with clinical symptoms of dry eye, OSDI between 13to32, Schirmer I test value between 5 - 15 mm Subjects of either gender, Age group above 18 to 80 years Subjects willing to participate for the study and have signed an informed consent who are under palliative care No prior treatment for dry eye with in the last 15 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with dry eye due to systemic or auto immune disease confirmed through medical history or diagnostic testing. Subjects who suffer from aqueous deficiency dry eye Recent ocular surgery or trauma within the past 6months. Contact lens wearers Subject with a known allergy to ingredients in Durva Ghrita, as assessed by medical history or allergy testing
