Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject with age of 20 year to 40 year Baseline pqsi score of 7 or more Insomnia for more than 3 months Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under medication Secondary insomnia due to psychiatric condition Pregnancy and lactation Infection at the acupuncture site
