Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Females aged 13 to 30 years. (2) Having painful menstruation. (3) Interested in participation in trial. (4) Having other associated symptoms like nausea.giddiness, diarrhoea etc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Females below 13 and above 30 years age. (2) Having systematic disorder like Hypothyroidism etc. (3) Having any underlying pathology related to reproductive system eg.Endometriosis, Fibroid, PCOD etc. Anemia. Any Chromosomal disorder.
