Intervention1: Myristica sebifera Mother Tincture as adjuvant therapy: Myristica sebifera mother tincture will be administered in 15-20 drops dosage, Frequency twice a day, in a Duration of 6 months.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of all race and ethnicity. Diagnosed cases of Fistula-in-ano. Age group 18-60. Willingness to participate with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with malignant conditions. Patients who are already on other modes of treatment. Cases with rapidly progressing disease and septic state. Cases with gross irreversible pathological changes with complications are excluded. Patients who require surgical intervention are excluded. Fistula associated with systemic conditions. Uncontrolled diabetes or immunocompromised states. Pregnant or lactating women
