Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 30 to 60 years with Manyagata vata (Cervical Spondylosis) Neck pain Neck stiffness restricted movements greater than or equal to 3 months Xray confirmed Cervical Spondylosis Willing with informed consent Fit for Nasya and followup compliance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other cervical disorders (infection, RA, TB, malignancy, disc issues) Severe systemic illness or recent trauma/surgery Acute emergency symptoms Pregnancy/lactation or drug allergy Non-compliance, psychiatric issues, Nasya contraindications
