Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Status I & II Weight more than 30kg Undergoing Tympanomastoid Surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any local infection at the site of giving block Known allergy to local anesthetic(ropivacaine)agent uncooperative or mentally unstable patient
