Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the case definition Patients of both sexes in the age group of 40-80yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe lung and cardiac disease, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, cerebrovascular disease , gout, malignancy Pregnant and lactating women Patients with mental or psychiatric illness
