Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individual aged 18 to 60 years. 2.Both male and female participants. 3.Individuals who are willing to take part in the study and provide written informed consent. 4.participants who are capable of following the prescribed treatment and attending schedule follow up visit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Evidence of organic gastrointestinal disorders,such as peptic ulcer disease,gastroesophageal reflux with erosive esophagitis, gastrointestinal malignancy,or inflammatory bowel disease 2.previous history of gastrointestinal surgery, except u complicated appendectomy or hernia repair. 3.presence of severe systemic disease, chronic kidney disease,or, cardiac failure. 4.patients currently receiving long term medication that influence gastrointestinal function.
