Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Knee osteoarthritis diagnosed by orthopaedics 2. Clinical diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis as per ACR criteria at least 3 out of 6 clinical features must be present 3. Individuals with bilateral symptomatic knee osteoarthritis 4. Single Leg Stance Test hold time more than 10 seconds 5. Individuals with primary knee osteoarthritis 6. Able to walk independently without assistive device 7. Subject willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Corticosteroid injection in the affected knee within the past 3 month 2. History of lower limb surgery within the last 6 12 months 3. Severe musculoskeletal disorders 4. Severe Neurological conditions 5. Severe psychiatric disorder 6. Severe cardiovascular disorders
