Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases where the Fasting Blood sugar greater than 135mg/dl Patients with type 2 diabetes of both sexes who are between the ages of 30 and 70 willbe chosen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe infectious illnesses, retinopathy, neuropathy, nephropathy, and other complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Patients whose FBS is greater than 250 mg/dl Patients with extremely weakened immune systems or other severe illnesses, such as carcinomas. Chronic smokers and chronic alcoholics. Patients receiving insulin therapy.
