Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I will take 35-39 age group, working or non working who are having difficulty in near activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any ocular or systemic disease patients, and who have any neurological diseases.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine the prevalence and types of near vision difficulties among pre-presbyopic patients (typically 30 40 years age group). To identify early functional changes in accommodation and binocular vision before the onset of clinical presbyopia. Timepoint: At baseline, at 4 weeks (end of vision therapy), and at 6 months follow-up

MeasureTime frame
To identify common accommodative & binocular vision anomalies in pre-presbyopic patients. To evaluate the effect of digital screen usage & near work on near vision difficulties. To assess the effectiveness of management strategies (near add lenses & vision therapy) in improving symptoms.Timepoint: At baseline, at 4 weeks (end of vision therapy), & at 6 months follow-up
