Intervention1: Multifactorial Fall Reduction Training: Core strengthening: Supine abdominal bracing, Supine pelvic bridging, Standing wall plank, Pelvic tilts in standing
Balance training : Tandem Stance, Semi-Tandem Stance , Single-Leg Standing , Heel Standing, Toe Standing, Heel Toe Walking, Side Walking , Backward Walking
Lower limb strengthening : Sit-to-Stand , Standing Calf Raises , Step-Ups , Seated Knee Extensions, Hip Abduction (Standing)
PNE : Understanding Chronic Pain and Sensitization, Neurophysiology of Pain, Impact of Fear of Movement, Reframing the Pain Experience, Encouraging Positive Movement Beliefs
Breathing exercises : Diaphragmatic Breathing (Seated) , Paced Breathing (4 6 Pattern) - 3 days/week Control Intervention1: Conventional physiotherapy for knee osteoarthritis: Ankle Pumps & Circles,

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis based on ACR criteria (knee pain plus greater than and equal to 3 signs) , Score greater than and equal to 4 on the CDC STEADI (Stay Independent Fall Risk Questionnaire) , The PAR-Q+ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone) indicates that they are cleared for physical activity if they receive all No answers or, in the case of any Yes responses require medical clearance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of major musculoskeletal surgery involving the lower limb or spine within the past 6 months , Inflammatory or systemic arthritic conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, polyarthritis) , Severe cognitive or psychiatric impairment limiting ability to follow instructions or provide informed consent , Diagnosed neurological disorders affecting balance or gait (e.g., stroke, Parkinson s disease, peripheral neuropathy) , Uncontrolled or severe cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic disorders contraindicating exercise , Uncorrected or severe visual or vestibular impairments significantly affecting balance or safety , Current participation in any other structured physiotherapy or fall prevention program
