Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both Male and Female patients 2.Age between 25-55 years 3.Pain on VAS 4 or more 4.Chronic low back pain (more than 3momths) 5.Tightness hip illiopsoas via Thomas test 6.Tightness erector spinae 7.Weakness of gluteus maximus 8.Weakness of abdominal muscles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Trauma and recent fractures in related joints 2.Cognitive impairments 3.Joint dysfunction within past 3 months 4.Congenital deformities in hip or lumbar region 5.History of abdominal, hip or lumbar surgeries in the last 3 months 6.Unwillingness to participate in the study
