Inclusion criteria: Patient ages 10-60years with radiological confirmed CVJ anomalies (eg. basilar invagination, atlantoaxial dislocation,chiari malformation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with known autonomic neuropathy Patient on medication to affect autonomic function Acute unstable cardiorespiratory function
