Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subject clinically diagnosed with Bilateral knee OA and who complained of pain and altered function in the lower limbs ,morning stiffness. 2.Kellgren and Lawrence Grade 3 (Moderate multiple osteophytes, definite narrowing of joint space, some sclerosis and possible deformity of bone ends) 3.Radiographical basis Medial compartment Knee Osteoarthritis. 4.Varus Deformity -5 to 100

Exclusion criteria: 1.Total knee Replacement patients. 2.Previous ligament injury patients. 3.History of cancer. 4.History of Hemophilia
