Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical scale (ASA PS 1-2) Elective unilateral inguinal hernia repair under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not willing to participate; Coagulation disorders

To compare the inferior vena cava collapsibility index, obtained with phased array and curvilinear transducers at various depthsTimepoint: 5 minutes before spinal anesthesia (baseline) and 5 minutes after spinal anesthesia

1.To compare the diameters of inferior vena cava in patients with various Body Mass Indices. 2.To predict the post spinal hypotension Timepoint: 5 minutes before spinal anesthesia (baseline) and 5 minutes after spinal anesthesia
