Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA I and II 2 Patients scheduled for elective surgery undergoing general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation requiring Ryle s tube insertion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with maxillofacial deformity, midfacial and baseline of skull fracture 2. Patient with History of esophageal surgery or history of gastric bypass 3. Patient with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. 4. Patient with coagulopathy 5. Patient with Esophageal strictures 6.Non consenting patients.
