Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged above 18 years, newly diagnosed with acute STEMI or NSTEMI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with autoimmune disease, patients having chronic liver disease, cancer, inherent clotting disorders, underwent surgical procedure in 3 months duration. AMI, CHF and stroke within the past 6 months, congenital heart disease, pt. Having underlying infection, patient on statin or antiplatelet medications, pregnant women

1. Modified Gensini Score among AMI patients. 2. Correlation between Modified Gensini Score and CRP. 3. Correlation between Modified Gensini Score and LDL/HDL ratio. 4.
