Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged above 18 years, newly diagnosed with acute STEMI or NSTEMI
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: People with autoimmune disease, patients having chronic liver disease, cancer, inherent clotting disorders, underwent surgical procedure in 3 months duration. AMI, CHF and stroke within the past 6 months, congenital heart disease, pt. Having underlying infection, patient on statin or antiplatelet medications, pregnant women
