Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Class I and Class II. Patients requiring endodontic treatment under inferior alveolar nerve block. Patients willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiovascular, respiratory, and hepatic diseases. Patients with allergy to local anaesthetics or vasoconstrictors. Patients on medications affecting vital parameters. Pregnant or lactating women. Patients with local infection at injection site.
