Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals in the age group of 18-30 years. Regular menstrual cycles (usually 21 35 days). Voluntary Consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with any pelvic pathology and secondary dysmenorrhea. Pregnant women. Use of hormonal medicines and intrauterine devices. History of major abdominal or pelvic surgery.
