Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients aged 18 years and older. 2)Patients diagnosed with mandibular pathologies requiring segmental resection and reconstruction. 3)Patients with skeletal malocclusion requiring Ramus Osteotomies 4)Patients with intact condylar structures preoperatively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with pre-existing temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. 2)Patients with previous mandibular surgeries or trauma affecting condylar alignment. 3)Patients who declined consent or were lost to follow-up. 4)Pediatric patients (under 18 years of age)
