Inclusion criteria: 1.KatiSandhi Shooli.e. Lumbar pain 2.Kati Sandhi Graha i.e Restricted movements 3.Akunchana Prasanna Vedana i.e.Pain during flexion and extension 4.Patients Indicated for Basti Procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Known case of Spinal tumour, malignant diseases of pelvis and traumatic conditions of spine. 2.Autoimmune diseases,Cardiac diseases or T.B.Spine 3.Lumbar Surgery, Pregnancy and any Serious illness 4.Contraindicated for Snehan karma and Basti Karma in respective age
