Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects between age group 18-60 yr. 2)Subjects of both gender having pain in lumbar region, renal angle and groin region. 3)Dysuria, highly acidic urine on urine routine. 4)Size of Ashmari less than or equal to10 mm based on USG. 5)Subjects with single or multiple calculi based on USG/CT. 6)Vataja and Kaphaja Ashmari are included based on signs and symptoms
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Stone above 10mm. 2)Subjects with severe hydrouretonephrosis, renal failure.( RFT if needed) 3)Subjects contraindicated for Ksharakwatha as in classical text. 4)Subjects of polycystic kidney, stag horn calculi, neoplasm.
