Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both the sexes, irrespective of their socio economic background who present with frozen shoulder will be taken up for the study. All the diagnosed cases of both acute and chronic cases of frozen shoulder will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with uncontrolled diabetes. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, hemiplegic shoulder joint, and shoulder arthroplasty.

MeasureTime frame
The primary goal is to evaluate if homeopathic medicines are effective in the management of frozen shoulder in the adult age group.Timepoint: Effectiveness is assessed based on Pain Intensity, Range of Motion (ROM), and Shoulder Function. Measured at the initiation of Outcomes will be assessed at Baseline (0 weeks), 4 weeks, and 8 weeks of the intervention period.

To determine whether frozen shoulder pain specifically improves with homeopathic management.Timepoint: The secondary outcome will be assessed at baseline (initial visit), 4 weeks, & 8 weeks to track the progression of pain relief & clinical improvement.
