Intervention1: Ibuprofen gargle: In study group analgesics and antibiotics will be prescribed post extraction from POD1-POD3 , followed by only Ibuprofen gargles as an intervention for POD4-5 for post

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients belonging to age 20 years or older Patients to undergo surgical extraction of mandibular third molar Patients who are willingly participating in this clinical study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preganant or lactating women Patients who uses analgesic drugs at least once a week for any chronic pain Patients with history of hypersensitivity to any component of Ibuprofen gargle Patients with any medical condition
