Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All genders age group 18-60 years playing badminton at least 2-3 times per week (since the past one year duration)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any musculoskeletal injury within 6 months recent surgery unwilling to participate
