Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age group above 18 and below 60 years will be selected for the study. 2.Patients showing signs and symptoms of Ardhavabhedaka . 3.Patients of both genders from different socio-economic groups will be selected irrespective of caste and religion. 4.Patients who are fit for nasya karma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with any other systemic disorders Cerebral Haemorrhagic Conditions, hypertension, Major Vascular Diseases. 2.Pathological conditions occurring In Eye, Ear, Nose, Throat and Teeth. 3.Patients who are suffering from secondary headaches like Meningitis, Brain Tumour, Encephalitis. 4.Pregnant and lactating women are excluded from the study.

Madhukadya Avapeedana Nasya and Vachapippali Avapeedana Nasya are the treatment for Ardhavabhedaka mentioned by Acharya Shusruta which is easy to use, less complications and, they are cost-effective. So, the effort is made to see the comparative efficacy of two different Avapeedana Nasya in Ardhavbhedaka and this nasya procedure are expected to treat ardhavabhedaka .
