Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic symptoms more than 3 months Disability of 41% to 60% in MODIQ BMI more than 23 (overweight and obese) According to the Asian BMI classification NPRS more than 4 BPS scoring of more than 8 5TSTS scoring of more than 10 seconds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory diseases (RA, OA grade 3 and above, PsA, SpA) Any spinal surgeries in past 6 months Any spinal fractures in last 6 months Any spinal dislocations in last 6 months Congenital spinal deformity Scoliosis (congenital and structural) Neurological disorders (Alzheimer s, Parkinson s, depression, autism, stroke) Any hip, knee or ankle surgery in last 6 months Pregnancy
