Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant females aged between 18 to 40 years, undergoing C section under spinal anaesthesia. Full term gestational age Singleton pregnancy ASA class 1 and 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA 3 and 4 Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia, failure to perform spinal anaesthesia or failed spinal anaesthesia prolonged pregnancy greater than 42 weeks preexisting or pregnancy induced hypertension or preeclampsia, placenta previa, placental abruption, multiple pregnancy morbid obesity BMI greater than or equal to 36 fetal distress or fetal abnormalities emergency cesarean delivery and parturient refusal history of any cardiac diseases
