Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gym goers of any gender aged above 18 to 35 years. New beginners with 1 month or less of gym initiation and regular gym-goers with 3 months or more of consistent attendance attending at least 3 sessions per week. Participants who experience delayed onset muscle soreness symptoms such as muscle soreness, stiffness and tenderness within 48 hours of intense or new workout routines.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known musculoskeletal disorders or injuries. Recent fractures or surgeries within the last 6 months. Those who suffer from any major illness. Use of analgesics, steroids, or anti-inflammatory drugs. Current use of homoeopathic or other alternative treatments for muscle soreness.
