Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Test by Orthopedic surgeon confirming Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome. 2.Grade of 2 and 3 under Kellgren Lawrence (KL) Scale 3.BMI around 25 4.Ability to understand and provide consent for participation in the study. 5.Patient able to read and understand English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Younger than 18 or older than 45 years 2.Any soft tissue injuries or fractures or dislocations of patella. 3.Any deformities or Patella alta Neurological diseases 4.Any Previous knee surgeries. 5.BMI Above 25

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) 2.Range of Motion 3.Kujala Funtional Scale Timepoint: At baseline and after 6weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
C-reactive protein biomarker will be done at 0 weeks prior to treatmentTimepoint: C-reactive protein biomarker will be done at 6 th week after the treatment protocol.
