Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus for more than 18years old 2. Willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient of Diabetes type 1. 2. Patient with Gestational Diabetes.
