Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Recreational Volleyball Players who have at least 2-3 regular volleyball practice per week and not involved in any other strength training program at present 2.All genders 3.Aged 18-30 years 4.Students of Sikkim Manipal University who are currently enrolled under Medicare facility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of Deep Vein Thrombosis 2.Hypertensive individuals 3.Presence of Varicose veins 4.History of musculoskeletal injury in last 6 months 5.History of any Peripheral Vascular Disease and comorbidities 6.Non-consenting individuals 7.Use of ergogenic aids for performance enhancement and strength 8.Students of same college to prevent selection bias

MeasureTime frame
Saehan Digital Hand Dynamometer (in kgs, will be measured at baseline, 1st week, 2nd week, 3rd week, follow up-5th week) One repetition maximum (in kgs using dumbbell, will be measured at baseline, 1st week, 2nd week, 3rd week, follow up-5th week)Timepoint: 3 weeks, 3days per week and follow up after completing 3 weeks training in the 5th week.

1.Modified Borg s Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) scale: To measure fatigue level. 2.Inch tape(unit in cms):To measure the arm circumference. Timepoint: 3 weeks, 3days per week
