Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status 1-3, patient s aged 40-80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal , allergy to local anaesthetic or adjuvants , infection at the puncture site, coagulopathy or bleeding disorders , neurological or psychiatric diseases affecting sensory assessment, revision or bilateral TKA procedures
