Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients of both sexes above 45 years of age 2. Diagnosed cases of osteoarthritis of knee based on American College of Rheumatology (ACR) 3. Cases indicating totality of Argentum metallicum 4. Argentum metallicum will be given in various potencies in accordance with the case 5. Patients who have expressed their willingness to participate in the study through signed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating mothers are excluded 2. Those suffering from any other knee pathologies 3. Those suffering from immunocompromised diseases and malignant diseases 4. Those patients with osteoarthritis of knee who are already on medication of other systems of medicine are excluded
