Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient aged 18-70 years of either sex with ASA grade 1-3 , scheduled for elective thoracotomy under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal Infection at block site Allergy to local anesthetics Coagulopathy Chronic opioid use Severe pulmonary or cardiac disease
