Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult female patients more than18 years who have undergone modified radicalmastectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent breast-conserving surgery or simple mastectomy without axillary dissection. 2.Pre-existing wound infection at surgical site before mastectomy. 3.Concurrent participation in clinical trials involving wound healing agents or skin flap techniques. 4. Patients requiring skin grafts.
