Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of two or more mandibular fractures within 2 weeks of trauma with at least one condylar fracture. 2.Patients with skeletally mature mandible where dental occlusion can be assessed 3.Patients in good physical and mental condition, classified as ASA I or II, to ensure optimal surgical tolerance and reliable postoperative assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severely comminuted fractures 2.Pathologic fractures (secondary to any tumor or cyst). 3.Edentulous mandible where occlusal assessment is not possible. 4.Previous mandibular surgery altering its anatomy.
