Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with Cyanotic or Acyanotic Congenital Heart Disease or Acquired cardiac disease Patients who were certified fit by their Cardiologist or physician for undergoing dental treatment under local anaesthesia with adrenaline Patients who require extractions of their primary maxillary molars Children who fall under category II or III on Frankl s behaviour rating scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children who were phobic to the dark or had Claustrophobia Children requiring Pharmacological means of behaviour management Patients with any other systemic diseases Patients whose parents did not consent to the study
