Interventions
Intervention1: Laser Scar Revision Post Surgical Scar Healing: Participants in both groups will be followed up at standardized intervals:
Day 0 (surgery)
Day 7 10: Wound inspection
1 month: Scar
second laser session (if applicable)
6 months: Final scar evaluation and patient satisfaction scoring
Digital photographs will be taken at each follow-up for objective assessment.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Undergoing clean elective surgery with linear skin closure Willing to give written informed consent Fitzpatrick skin types I to IV Agreeing to attend regular follow-up visits for at least 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of hypertrophic or keloid scarring Uncontrolled diabetes, autoimmune disorders, or immunosuppressivee states Use of systemic steroids or cytotoxic drugs Active skin infection or dermatoses near the surgical site
