Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Undergoing clean elective surgery with linear skin closure Willing to give written informed consent Fitzpatrick skin types I to IV Agreeing to attend regular follow-up visits for at least 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of hypertrophic or keloid scarring Uncontrolled diabetes, autoimmune disorders, or immunosuppressivee states Use of systemic steroids or cytotoxic drugs Active skin infection or dermatoses near the surgical site
