Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy young adults (18-25 years who are physically well and free from significant health issues or chronic diseases) Willing to participate in the study Physically active (PAR-Q+: answered no to all the 7 questions), able to walk independently Baseline Vitals
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: People with any lower limb injuries in the past 6 months. People who are not willing to participate. History of any neurological conditions.
